One of our founders, Phillip McKinnis, has been selling window blinds, shades, and plantation shutters since 1979. Phillip is extremely passionate about providing the absolute best quality products, and all at the best possible price.

Tilt & Turn Window Blinds are a small family business who first stated fabricating Louvolite's perfect fit blind systems in the UK. We moved to the US in 2004 and due to the popularity of tilt and turn European style windows in the US we started to fabricate blinds and shades that would clip to these windows without holes or screws.

Tilt & Turn Window Blinds, was founded by Phillip McKinnis and Sandra McKinnis. A husband and wife team who've been selling window blinds and shades since way back in 1979.

Together, Phillip & Sandra have sold thousands of window coverings. They're absolutely committed to providing the BEST in customer service and the BEST possible prices for window covering products online.
