BestBlinds.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with all of our products. Although every effort has been made to clarify the information we require, and the service you should expect, there is always room for improvement. Suggestions to better your Best Blinds shopping experience will always be accepted.



Accuracy of Sample Images:
COLOR ACCURACY Despite every effort to accurately duplicate each product's color when scanned to our website, actual colors may vary. Due to monitor and/or video card differences, subtle variations in color and surface texture may not be fully revealed. IMPORTANT: Please request free color swatches prior to placing an order to be assured it's the color and texture you need.

Order Changes or Cancellations
You have up to 24 hours after the order is placed through Best Blinds to make any changes. Once that period has passed, it's normal for production to have begun. Discontinued or Out of Stock Items
BestBlinds.com makes every effort to remove items from our site immediately upon notification that they have been discontinued, or to notify the retailer of an out of stock item before ordering. However, it's not uncommon for us to be informed of these issues only when we forward your order to the manufacturer. Therefore, BestBlinds.com disclaims any responsibility for any damages incurred by delays due to circumstances beyond our control.


Sales Tax
BestBlinds.com only charges sales tax for items shipped to the state of Florida, and that rate is 6.5%.


Over sized Product Shipping Fee
Any product over 96" in width is considered over sized. The total shipping fee for an order with an over sized blind or shade is $ 65 and that is one fee per order, no matter how many over sized blinds there are on that order.


Payment Options
All payments for orders are due at the time of order in BestBlinds.com. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Pay-Pal. Cashier's Check, Personal Checks and Money Orders must be received by our office before your order can be processed.
